In both cases, frequent repeated episodes of abnormal hypertension, bradycardia, and severe headache began to occur several months after injury, clearly constituting clinical AD. \nThe cause was entirely unknown, since none of the common trigger factors, such as urinary distension or fecal impaction, was present.\nSubsequent clinical observations led to the assumption that hip joint position might be the cause, and blood pressure and heart rate in different positions were measured actually. \nIn both cases, the trigger factor was the position of the hip joint. In the first case, the trigger was the neutral and extended positions; in the second, the trigger was the abducted position. \nAs a result of this finding, it was possible to prevent AD by adjusting the hip joint position. \nThe mechanism of this rare AD can be inferred to be stretching of the proximal leg muscles resulting from the hip position as a noxious stimulus via the peripheral nerves. \nSuch hip positions are common during hospitalization and rehabilitation. \nWhen AD occurs frequently without any other conceivable reason, the possibility that it may be triggered by hip joint position should be considered.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"星城大学"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"40021527971","subitem_relation_type_select":"NAID"}}]},"item_10002_select_6":{"attribute_name":"記事種別","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"研究ノート"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌ID(NCID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12143816","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Abe, Motoyuki","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"安倍, 基幸","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"アベ, モトユキ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"familyNames":[{},{},{}],"givenNames":[{},{},{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nonomura, Yuka","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"familyNames":[{}],"givenNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-09-25"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"Autonomic dysreflexia triggered by hip joint position in patients with cervical cord injury.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.5 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"Autonomic dysreflexia triggered by hip joint position in patients with cervical cord injury","url":"https://seijoh-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/224/files/Autonomic dysreflexia triggered by hip joint position in patients with cervical cord injury.pdf"},"version_id":"778fd368-3010-4707-a61a-cd0a034f36d9"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Autonomic dysreflexia triggered by hip joint position in patients with cervical cord injury : report of two cases","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Autonomic dysreflexia triggered by hip joint position in patients with cervical cord injury : report of two cases","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"10","path":["47"],"publish_date":"2018-09-25","publish_status":"0","recid":"224","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Autonomic dysreflexia triggered by hip joint position in patients with cervical cord injury : report of two cases"],"weko_creator_id":"10","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-09-27T02:22:44.179437+00:00"}
