Addressing these issues caused by manufacturing in economic activity is now more critical than ever. It is critical to develop an environmentally friendly production system that considers the entirety of the product life-cycle, a fundamental activity in manufacturing, known as supply chain. This dissertation examines and assesses the development of an environmentally friendly production system by modeling a system via simulation language and implementing the simulation analysis.  Although production consists of a series of activities such as the supply and collection of resources, manufacturing, distribution, selling, after-service and disposal, the primary focal point of this dissertation is on manufacturing activities. This paper presents an analysis of the model design and simulation of an environmentally friendly production system that reduces redundant low added value activities in the manufacturing stage, implemented with a Just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing policy that reduces energy expenses.              The majority of the existing production system models adhere to economic rationalism. The environmentally friendly system presented in this dissertation not only provides a solution for the trade-off between Economy and Environment, but also proposes an effective model from the perspective of environmental management.}, pages = {1--12}, title = {環境配慮型生産システムの設計・分析に対するモデリングモジュールの開発}, year = {2017}, yomi = {ノムラ, ジュンイチ} }
