The human resources who are responsible for the tourism volunteer guide in the Tomonoura area are not limited to residents in the Tomonoura area but are considered to refer to Fukuyama citizens or people who love Tomonoura. Of the tourist destinations that use natural heritage and historical heritage a s resources, the areas where corporate capital has not been invested are heavily burdened by the local community.
